Tammie Nau created her consulting company, Global Beauty Connections, LLC, in 2018 sharing her wealth of experience and expertise she brings to the ever changing Cosmetic and Personal Care Industry.

Tammie began her career 30 years ago with 10+ years on the contract manufacturing side, and 20 years on the branding side at Benefit Cosmetics and NUDE Skincare (LVMH), and other start-up companies. During her tenure at Benefit, she was a key contributor to growing the company from a start-up brand, working directly with the founders and a small team with virtually no processes, to a scaled up to $1.4+ billion organization by the time she left. One of her main responsibilities at Benefit was to seek out the best contract manufacturers around the world who could not only collaborate on product innovation but also meet the rigors required to produce ideas and products sold throughout the entire NPD and supply chain process. Many of the significant suppliers Tammie chose 20+ years ago are still working with Benefit today. She also created a myriad of critical processes and systems within Benefit and the LVMH France teams to include: Formula Development, Innovation, Packaging, Launch Planning and System (modified stage gate), Raw Material Validation, Safety/Efficacy Testing, Sensory Analysis, and Global Regulatory.

While possessing a strong passion for creativity/innovation developing concepts and formulas that are still top sellers today, she is structured/process oriented giving her the unique ability to effectively manage a broad range of areas in the personal care (Skin Care, Hair, Body Care and Dietary Supplements) and the color cosmetics arena. During her long and successful career, Tammie has overseen multiple departments on both the contract manufacturing and brand side, such as Sales, Customer Service/Business Development, Research and Innovation, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging Development, Launch Planning/Execution, and Technical Marketing.

Tammie leverages her 30 + years of visiting global factories, her industry knowledge, and high-level connections to seamlessly bring synergy and results tailored to the unique needs of her various clients.
